FAQ
Is this HR or legal advice?
No. We organise your notes and draft from them. You remain responsible for what you say in your report.
Will you add praise I didn't give?
No. Every statement comes from an example you entered. Where you have no example, we leave it blank and say so.
Can the candidate use this to write their own reference?
No. The report must reflect the referee's own observations. We only take notes from the referee.
Are you connected to any government agency?
No. Lynx Bay Pty Ltd is not connected to any employer, agency or government body.
What happens to my information?
We use it only to deliver your order. It is deleted 30 days after delivery and is not used to train AI models. Please share only what the referee request needs.
