For employees who have just been dismissed

Get your timeline and evidence in order before day 21.

An unfair dismissal application to the Fair Work Commission generally has to be made within 21 days after the dismissal took effect. This pack helps you organise what happened, so you can fill in the form yourself.

Upload your termination letter, emails, rosters, payslips and your own notes. You get a dated timeline, a list of the documents you have, and draft wording you can adapt for each section of the unfair dismissal application form (Form F2).

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us the key dates

Enter the date your dismissal took effect. We show the last day of the 21-day window, counted the way the Fair Work Commission explains it: the day of dismissal is not counted.

  2. 02

    Upload what you have

Letters, emails, messages, rosters, payslips and notes. We sort them by date and flag gaps, such as a missing termination letter or an unclear final day.

  3. 03

    Review your draft pack

You get a timeline, an evidence index and draft answers in your own words. AI output is a draft: you check every detail, then lodge the form yourself.

When you have just lost your job, the documents are scattered and the deadline is close. We only organise your own material and draft from it. We do not judge your case or tell you what will happen, because we cannot know that.

FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. We do not give legal advice, assess your chances or represent you. We organise your own documents and draft wording from them. For advice about your situation, speak to a lawyer, a community legal centre or your union.

What is the time limit?

The Fair Work Commission says an unfair dismissal application must be made within 21 days after the dismissal took effect, and the day of dismissal is not counted. It can only extend the time limit in exceptional circumstances. Check the Commission's website for the current rules.

Do you lodge the form for me?

No. You lodge the application with the Fair Work Commission yourself. We are not connected to the Commission.

Why 1 business day and not 2?

The 21-day limit is short, so we deliver faster than our other products. If you are close to day 21, lodge first. Do not wait for us.

Does this tell me if I am eligible?

No. The Commission has its own eligibility rules. Its website has an eligibility check you can do before you apply.

What happens to my documents?

We use them only to deliver your order. They are deleted 30 days after delivery and are not used to train AI models.

Information and document organisation only. Not legal advice or representation. We do not assess eligibility or likely outcome and give no guarantee of any result. Lynx Bay Pty Ltd is not connected to the Fair Work Commission or any government body. Always check the Commission's current rules and lodge on time yourself.
